Andre Pacheco

Dr. Andre Pacheco is a researcher in which his interests lie in the intersection of the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision and Health Informatics. He holds a Ph.D in Computer Science specialized in medical imaging analysis, in particular, skin cancer detection. Working in the field since 2016, his work has led to multiple publications and contributions. Andre has experience in industry as AI Research Specialist at Samsung Electronics, mainly working on the development of new health/well-being algorithms for smartwatches.
