Carlos Aumente

Carlos Aumente holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence Research. He has worked for several years as a data scientist and ML engineer, and is currently a scientist at the IMSY lab, focusing on validation systems and benchmarking. In parallel, he is pursuing a PhD in computer vision, exploring how deep learning methods can improve biomedical image analysis, with particular interest in the automatic evaluation of segmentation models.
